i had the same issue, i went to the matchx telegram group and spoke directly to mr krupin and he asked my emailadres to send directly an confirmation and details.

I agree. Its crazy, like none at all… cant even pay for my order.

I had no problems so far, asked them about status yesterday, received an anwser couple hours latet and it was sunday…
The guys are also effected of the chip shortage like neary anyone on the planet, batch should be rolled out by mid of may…

I am also trying to get in contact with them. The checkout service wouldnt accept my card so opt’d for BTC payment, but they dont show the wallet address to transfer it to. So i have a confirmed order but haven’t paid.
Please tell me what has happened with my order?
It stands registered as paid but unfulfilled.
Why unfulfilled still after a full month after payment?
